Straight Up Chill Sesh Milkshake IPA
The addition of 126 pounds of pureed Boysenberries gives this beer it’s purple hue and it’s rich taste. Notes of papaya, passion fruit, and berries from the Mosaic & Citra dry hop come through on the nose, while the taste is balanced with the slight acidity from the boysenberry and a mild creaminess from the lactose.
ABV: 6.9%
Lowkey Kick Back Hazy DIPA
Hazy Double IPA with African Queen & Mosaic hops. This beer was dry hopped with a South African hop, African Queen, and the classic American hop, Mosaic. The result is a beer with notes of overripe tropical fruit, including pineapple, guava, mango, and melon.
ABV: 6.9%
Still Citra Hazy DIPA
Double dry hopped w/ Citra & Citra Lupulin. Notes of melon, cotton candy & guava.
ABV: 8.0%
Sauce Hazy DIPA
Double dry hopped with Ekuanot, Citra, Simcoe & Mosaic. Notes of pineapple, papaya & tangerine.
ABV: 7.8%

Kettle Sour Ale, with fresh cucumber and lemon.

Fantasy Suite
Kettle Sour Conditioned w/ Black Currants & Cherries. Tart, Bright & Refreshing.

Kettle sour with fresh Peaches, fermented with brettanomyces.

Kalliope Wild
Our take on the classic Berliner Weisse style with a malt bill of pilsner, wheat, and rye. Very dry and highly carbonated, resulting in a refreshing beer that is comparable to Champagne. Available as a bottle pour.

Lilith Belgian Dark Strong
Traditional Belgian yeast backed with an aromatic malt bill, coriander & bitter orange peels. Subtle fruit character and dry tart finish.

Classic Belgian farmhouse ale. Notes of floral, citrus with a nice dry finish.

Beach Beer
A classic german pilsner brewed with Munich malt.

Shadowfax
A classic Russian Imperial Stout. Rich, viscous body with notes of tobacco, chocolate and molasses.

What's the Craic?
A Dry Irish Stout made from the same batch of grain as our Shadowfax. Parti-Gyle brewing is a method for making more than one batch of beer from a single all grain mash. Fairly bitter, malty sweetness and quite dry. Served on Nitro.
